I’m retired and interested in building an N gauge layout.  I have built a 4’ X 8’ table.  I am stumped at finding a detailed track plan.  I’d like to be able to run three trains on the layout. Planning on a mountain/tunnel, and town.  But, I can’t get started without knowing exactly what track and switches to order. I would be happy to pay for this plan. NIm live in Brookline Masssachusetts.

Ed, I just watched a video on YouTube from a young fellow in Canada who is building an HO layout, the track plan might be adaptable for N.

You might try Kato - they have about 26 track plans on their website at: N-Scale Unitrack Track Plans (katousa.com)

My home layout has the elements you are looking for and I got my track plan from a book published by Atlas. They might be worth checking out on their website.
