National Train Show 2023 - DFW, TX

In completing the National Train Show module registration form:

Please fill in all pertinent fields below.

If you have multiple modules, you can either attach a spreadsheet with your module information or do multiple registrations.

Module information needs to include module dimension, type of module, wiring information, and scenery.

Clubs need only submit one registration form but include all of the information for participants on a sheet under Special Instructions.  Use the main club contact for the layout for the registrant information.

If you can provide pictures, please attach them.
